Mark’s legacy stretches back to the early days of the UK food revolution in the ’90s and ’00s, when he helped steer Modern British cookery into its golden age. A keen forager with an encyclopaedic knowledge of hedgerow and seashore ingredients, Mark showcases the very best of seasonal British produce, so it’s a real treat to have him in residence at the winery.

The evenings begin at 6pm with an aperitif, before you sit down to five courses of the finest seasonal produce, grilled over our own vine cuttings by Mark. Each dish will be paired with a glass of Sugrue South Downs wine, including rare bottles selected from our library stock.

Please note that these dinners are hosted by Mark Hix and our Cellar Door team.
