It is only in outstanding vintages that we make our rarest and most prestigious sparkling wine, Cuvée Dr Brendan O’Regan – once described by wine writer Hugh Johnson as "Spectacular. Honestly, England's best." Having spent over 5 years on its lees and almost 4 years on cork, it delivers a combination of power and structure, as well as opulence and precision through to its core. Just 240 magnums were made.
"A delight for fizz-lovers. This wine has just begun its journey and will be a joy for years." 95 Points, Anne Krebiehl MW
Like Deus Ex Machina – an act of divine intervention in Greek tragedy that resolves the seemingly impossible on stage – Rosé Ex Machina was the result of our own much needed bolt from the blue in 2016, when we were saved by a glut of grapes from Jenkyn Place vineyard that were, quite literally, perfect. Nectar from the heavens; a wine from the sky. Even more so in magnum.
"Very elegant, lovely now, certain to evolve into a grandiose and gastronomic rosé." 95 Points, Anne Krebiehl MW
"Linear and taut with great precision showing subtle leafy hints with cherry and cranberry hints and fine spicy hints. Lovely purity". 94 Points, Jamie Goode
"Superb sparkling rosé, one of the best I've had from either side of the channel." Henry Jeffreys
“2009 was the perfect year to make vintage sparkling wines that can age for a very, very long time.” Spending 12 years in bottle and a further two years ageing on cork, it's now showing phenomenal concentration with effortless ease of fruit, composure and completeness. This is a sublime and rare example of mature English sparkling wine at its very best. Just 600 magnums were made.
97 Points and Gold Medal winner at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) 2025
"A stupendous wine, from surprisingly young vines with a deep-seated sense of saltiness and umami. It's gorgeous now but with lots more mileage and absolute gastronomic potential." 95 Points, Anne Krebiehl MW
