BONKERS V2
The solera continues – our fastest-selling wine returns. A blend of fruit from 2022, 2023, and 2024, Bonkers V2 is a purer, more elegant, and salty expression of Chardonnay, but with that same patina of oak and deliciously creamy texture that we, you, and the critics adored about V1.
- "A new chapter in English winemaking? Hugely distinctive!" Jancis Robinson MW
- "England's finest white wine: an intense, flinty, utterly delicious Grand Cru Chablisesque mouthful." Jane MacQuitty
- "A delicious mash-up of old grower Champagne, Chassagne, Chablis on speed and Jura." Peter Richards MW & Susie Barrie MW

CROUCH VALLEY PINOT NOIR 2022
Our first foray into red winemaking, the Crouch Valley Pinot Noir is crafted from fruit grown at Mason's Point Vineyard in Essex – England’s finest region for still wines. We released 500 bottles to email subscribers on 24th October 2025, and they sold out immediately. The next vintage will be released in 2026.
- “This will be sensational: it’s the best English Pinot I’ve tried.” Jamie Goode
- "Incredible ripeness, freshness and balance. Danbury Ridge watch out.” Henry Jeffreys
- "A damned good drink! Pure, ripe fruit with a real core and drive." Jancis Robinson MW

DEAR NOODLES ROSÉ 2023
Dear Noodles is a love letter in a bottle, with its label (or lack of) viewed from a different perspective... A riposte to ubiquitous, industrially-made, and flavourless pale pink wines, Dear Noodles is a bone-dry English rosé that's deep in colour and character – but not lacking in refreshment.
- "Not only drinkable, but downright delicious. If you like your rosé bone dry with real flavour then you'll love it as much as I do." Helen McGinn
- "A characterful British Barbour jacket rather than a couture Provence pink. 5 stars." Douglas Blyde
- "The fruit is so intense, so fresh, so shocking that it's like biting into a cold blood orange, skin and all – a detonation of flavour, bitterness, fragrance, chew. An extraordinary wine." Tamlyn Currin
