Delivery

 

When can I expect my delivery?

We despatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a next-day delivery service with DPD. Please note that during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control deliveries can sometimes take 2-4 working days to arrive.

How much is delivery?

A flat-rate delivery charge of £10 will be added to all orders below £75.

Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?

A flat-rate delivery charge of £30 applies to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Please enquire about deliveries to Northern Ireland (NI). We regret that we are not currently able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland (Eire).

We may be able to arrange overseas delivery or put you in touch with relevant distributors outside of the UK. Please contact us for further information.

What if my basket includes pre-orders?

Where one or more bottles in your order is a pre-order, the whole order will be despatched when the pre-ordered item(s) are available. If you require the other wines more urgently, we suggest you place two separate orders.

Collections

Orders can be collected from Unit 5, St Helena Farm, St Helena Lane, Plumpton Green, East Sussex, BN7 3DH. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. We reserve the right to refund any orders not collected within 1 month and return items into stock.
