It started with a dream. Over a decade ago, we released the first vintages of The Trouble With Dreams, which rapidly gained critical acclaim as among the very best sparkling wine produced in England. It remains our signature for good reason! Due to the small crop in 2021, we included 60% reserve wines in the blend, resulting in some astonishing depth, richness, and complexity in this inaugural multi-vintage release.

Rosé Ex Machina isn't a sparkling rosé we taste; rather, it's a wine we drink, consume, inhale – such is its opulence and indulgence. It looks, smells, and tastes gorgeous! 2018 wasn't just full of sunshine, but was a relentlessly warm and bright year from start to finish, without a puff of wind, and virtually no rain. Made only in the best vintages and crafted with long cellar-ageing in mind, Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs is the ultimate expression of English Chardonnay on South Downs chalk. Exceptional fruit from Mount Harry – our 'Grand Cru' vineyard planted in 2006 – results in a beautifully expressive wine showing spiced citrus and floral notes, alongside stony minerals and tangy acidity. Pure, brisk, crisp and delicious.

An exceptionally difficult wine to make in England's marginal grape-growing climate, ZODO is our zero dosage (i.e. no added sugar) cuvée. Based on the 2017 vintage and comprising almost entirely of fruit from our 'Grand Cru' vineyard Mount Harry, ZODO is astonishingly generous and open, layered with Granny Smith apples and crushed stone on its rich, savoury palate. A sommelier favourite for its otherworldly food pairing ability.
