Collaboration with Michelin-starred Mugaritz

A restaurant with no menu that's closed for six months of every year – Mugaritz is, undoubtedly, one of a kind. It's now applying to wine the same groundbreaking, risk-taking approach in the kitchen that has made its name as one of the world's best restaurants and earned it two Michelin stars. And we're thrilled to be a part of it!

"Vis à Vis" is a series of wine collaborations between the Mugaritz team and winemakers close to their hearts. During each six-month closure, staff leave San Sebastián to spend time on R&D projects around the world, with the sommeliers setting out to find tiny parcels of wine that are not generally available elsewhere to serve at the restaurant for the year ahead.

Ana and I were delighted to collaborate with the wonderful Head Sommelier Kristell Monot and the rest of the restaurant's wine team on this special multi-vintage release.
