TROUBLE TRIO (2015, 2017, 2019)

This trio includes three rare back vintages of our signature sparkling wine, The Trouble with Dreams: the 2015, a sleeper of a vintage and the result of some glorious weather in September and October; the 2017, a small vintage, but one which produced a gloriously precocious and hedonistic wine; and the 2019, taut, racy, mineral, and destined for a long future ahead.
