BONKERS (V2) [PRE-ORDER]

BONKERS (V2) [PRE-ORDER]

  • Release date: 7th November 2025. You can pre-order by the case now.

Bonkers by name. Zombie Robot Alien Monsters by nature.

Bonkers began as an embryo of an idea in the perfect 2022 vintage. After one of the warmest summers on record, we fermented Chardonnay in small barrels – old and new – and had fun with some controlled oxidation.

2023 was another fabulous year in England. This time we used older, larger 600-litre barrels. So we began a solera system, combined the two vintages, bottled most of it and gave it a crazy name.

This is the second release of Bonkers, V2 as it were, with the addition of 2024 Chardonnay. Purer and more elegant, but no less delicious and no less moreish, V2 is crafted with even greater longevity in mind.

The solera lives on. So it goes.
