Ode to ZODO

Famously, for us at Sugrue Towers at least, he apparently included ZODO in his Top 10 Desert Island wines a few years ago, alongside 1945 Latour, and we would like to share this extraordinary wine with you (the ZODO, not the Latour) in a "Homage to Hugh" or “Ode to ZODO” - whichever you want to call it - a mixed case of ZODO, The Trouble With Dreams 2019 & BOZ 2015, as follows:

• 3 bottles ZODO. Our now super-salty, increasing geological expression of the chalk at our Mount Harry vineyard, planted in 2006. Multi-Vintage, zero-dosage, based on the 2017 vintage. Now poured in some of the worlds most famous 3 Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark and northern Spain.
• 2 bottles TWD 2019. The mother culture of ZODO if you like. The same original field blend, the benchmark and reference point for all Sugrue wines.
• 1 bottle Cuvée BOZ Blanc de Blancs 2015. Single Vineyard Coldharbour always climbing another podium, increasingly svelte and lithe with every performance.
