Representing our unique take on English still Chardonnay, it employs a range of traditional and experimental winemaking techniques – fermentation in oak, ageing under \u003cem\u003eflor\u003c\/em\u003e, controlled oxidation, and blending vintages – as well as a drop of Irish humour.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eA blend of 2022, 2023, and 2024, Bonkers V2 is a purer, more elegant, and salty expression of Chardonnay, but with that same patina of oak and deliciously creamy texture that we, you, and the critics adored about V1.
